The Deadly Game Continues
Grace survived the night — but the game isn’t over yet.
In “Ready or Not 2: Here I Come,” the shocking events of the 2019 horror hit expand into a far more dangerous battlefield. What once seemed like a single family’s twisted tradition turns out to be part of something much larger, and far more ruthless.

This time, Grace isn’t alone. Standing beside her is Faith, her estranged sister, who suddenly finds herself dragged into the nightmare. Together, they must navigate a brutal new round of the deadly ritual — one that now involves multiple powerful families with everything to gain and nothing to lose.
And for Grace, survival is no longer enough.
A Bigger Game With Deadlier Stakes
The first film ended with Grace barely escaping the Le Domas family’s sinister game of hide-and-seek. Bloodied but victorious, she seemed to have reached the end of the nightmare.
However, the sequel reveals a terrifying truth.

The Le Domas family was only one piece of a much larger power structure. Now four rival families are hunting Grace and Faith, all competing for control of the High Seat of the Council, the mysterious authority that governs them all.
In this ruthless competition, the rules are simple: win the game and claim ultimate power — or die trying.
Grace must once again rely on her instincts, resilience, and sheer determination as the hunt escalates into an all-out battle for survival.
Filmmakers Expand the World of the Game
Directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, collectively known as Radio Silence, saw the ending of the original film as an opportunity rather than a conclusion.
“From the very beginning, the idea was not to be precious about anything,” says Bettinelli-Olpin. “The first movie ended definitively, and that gave us permission, and freedom, to go bigger, bloodier, and wilder.”

For Gillett, the sequel is about expanding the universe behind the deadly tradition.
“The sequel isn’t escalation for its own sake — it’s escalation with conviction. “We know this world, and now we stretch it in every direction.”
As a result, the film promises a more expansive story filled with intense confrontations, dark humor, and unexpected twists.
Samara Weaving Leads a Star-Studded Cast
Samara Weaving reprises her role as Grace, the determined bride who captured audiences with her fierce will to survive.
Joining the franchise is Kathryn Newton as Faith, whose arrival adds both emotional stakes and fresh tension to the story.

The sisters must face a formidable group of hunters played by an impressive ensemble cast that includes:
- Sarah Michelle Gellar (Scream 2, I Know What You Did Last Summer)
- Shawn Hatosy (The Pitt, The Faculty)
- Nestor Carbonell (The Dark Knight)
- David Cronenberg (The Fly)
- Elijah Wood (The Monkey)
With such a powerhouse lineup, the hunt promises to be more unpredictable and dangerous than ever.
