Daniel Craig reprises his role in Director Rian Johnson’s sequel, where Detective Benoit Blanc must investigate yet another star-studded lineup of colorful suspects to solve a murder that takes place on a tech billionaire’s private Greek island. Joining this cast are Edward Norton, Janelle Monáe, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Jessica Henwick, Madelyn Cline, Kate Hudson, and Dave Bautista.
Johnson’s 2019 film Knives Out was a box-office success, with the movie being praised for its refreshing take on classic whodunits. After acquiring the rights to its sequel, Netflix will release Glass Onion in select cinemas internationally a month before it drops on the streaming platform. Whether it will also be available in Philippine cinemas ahead of the streamer release is yet to be revealed.
