Jon Snow is set to return to our screens in an upcoming sequel series for Game of Thrones, Hollywood Reporter reveals. In this spinoff, fans are set to see Jon’s journey after the original series’ finale.
The beloved fantasy series on TV was met with mixed reactions after its final season, but this does not stop HBO from exploring the fascinating world of Westeros even further, now having several Game of Thrones spinoffs in the works.
In the finale of the original series, fans may remember that Jon Snow, who has discovered his Targaryen lineage, decided to end the life of Daenerys after she burned down King’s Landing to win the Iron Throne. Jon is then banished and rode beyond the Wall together with the wildlings.
Not much information has been revealed yet regarding the story, but having been announced as a sequel, fans can assume that this will follow Jon Snow’s new life in the North with the wildlings and his loyal direwolf companion Ghost. Kit Harington is set to reprise his role as Jon Snow.
