Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken tells the story of the teenager Ruby, a Kraken who lives among the humans, disguising herself as one of them. One day, her life is turned upside down when a popular girl in school turns out to be a mermaid– the Krakens’ sworn enemies.
Directed by Kirk DeMicco, the film features the voices of Lana Condor, Toni Collette, Jaboukie Young-White, Annie Murphy, Colman Domingo, Sam Richardson, and Blue Chapman. It also stars Will Forte, Nicole Byer, Liza Koshy, Ramona Young, Eduardo Franco, and Echo Kellum.
