After winning over customers with last year’s Paskong Pinoy ube-based drinks, Bo’s Coffee is bringing back its beloved ube beverages, this time as something even bigger.
The Origin Flavors: Ube Collection marks the fourth flavor of Bo’s Coffee’s Origin Flavors, a year-round initiative celebrating iconic Filipino ingredients through thoughtfully crafted café experiences inspired by local taste, tradition, and culture.
More than just a seasonal favorite, ube has long been a staple in Filipino homes, celebrations, and everyday moments. Now, Bo’s Coffee is giving the well-loved ingredient a permanent place on its menu, reinforcing its commitment to championing flavors that reflect Filipino identity.
“Last year’s Ube Latte became one of our most requested seasonal beverages, with customers continuously asking when it would return,” said Rain Ramos, Associate Marketing Director of Bo’s Coffee. “Its overwhelming response inspired us to create something more meaningful, not just bringing it back, but making ube one of the chapters of Origin Flavors, a platform dedicated to celebrating the richness of Filipino ingredients as part of our 30 years in the industry.”
Elevating this collection is Bo’s Coffee’s collaboration with Dehusk, whose new Barista Milk adds a rich, creamy coconut profile that perfectly complements the familiar sweetness of ube. Together, the two proudly Filipino brands have created beverages that offer a fresh yet comforting take on a well-loved local flavor.
The Origin Flavors: Ube Collection includes:
- Iced Ube Coconut Espresso – the 2026 version of their Ube Latte; it’s a bold fusion of espresso, creamy coconut, and sweet ube.
- Iced Ube Coconut – a smooth and refreshing blend of coconut milk and ube.
- Ube Coconut Freeze – a rich, indulgent frozen treat perfect for any time of day.
Beyond the collaboration, Bo’s Coffee will also serve as an official retail partner for Dehusk’s 200ml Ready-to-Drink Coconut Milk, making the dairy-free product available in all Bo’s Coffee stores for customers to enjoy beyond the café.
