It has been hot and humid these past few days, and what better to refresh ourselves than Nono’s summer menu? Available only until May, the new summer menu features bounties of the sea and the return of a classic Nono’s dish.
Begin your journey into the sea with a serving of Mediterranean Salad with Shrimp which has mixed greens, dates, candied walnuts, julienned apple, feta cheese, and plump shrimps tossed in a refreshing balsamic vinaigrette dressing and drizzled with honey. It’s light, crisp, and every bite is so indulgent!
Meanwhile, the Salmon Croquettes is best for those who are looking for that irresistible crunch. These breaded salmon cakes are fried until crispy and then served with paprika aioli dip and a side salad. It’s the perfect appetizer to share with your family or friends. The Vongole is another crowd-favorite. This light and flavorful seafood pasta features al dente spaghetti noodles with fresh clams flavored with white wine, butter, olive oil, chili flakes, and roasted garlic. Make sure to wipe your plate clean with the crusty sourdough bread that’s served with it!
Lastly, a holiday favorite makes a comeback this summer! The Steak & Shrimp a la Pobre is Nono’s take on the classic surf-and-turf dish — steak cooked just the way you like it and juicy shrimps sauteed in their special garlic sauce. It’s served with a side of garlic rice so expect a delicious and flavorful treat in every mouthful!
