About ‘Insidious: Out of the Further’
After earning more than $740 million at the global box office, the “Insidious” franchise returns with a new family, a terrifying threat, and a chilling expansion of what The Further can do.

In “Insidious: Out of the Further,” Amelia Eve stars as Gemma, a young mother raising her daughter in the house where she grew up. Soon, she discovers that she can travel into The Further, the purgatorial realm of lost souls at the center of the “Insidious” universe.
But there is a frightening twist.
When an evil force comes after her, Gemma discovers that she does not simply have the ability to enter The Further. She can also bring what lives there back into the real world.
Once the demons discover what she can do, the boundary between their realm and ours becomes dangerously thin.
The film also sees Lin Shaye reprise her iconic role as Elise Rainier, with “Come Play” filmmaker Jacob Chase directing.
