Bonifacio Global City (BGC) is set to open a new chapter in providing immersive world-class experiences with the debut of Portals, a global artwork, right at the heart of the city center starting January 21, 2026.
Spearheaded by Portals Organization, the sculpture’s entry in the Philippines will mark the very first Portal in the Philippines and sixth in the world, following existing locations such as the United States, United Kingdom, and where it all started – Lithuania.
As Metro Manila’s premier business and lifestyle district, BGC in Taguig City has long been home to a dynamic cultural hub, known not only for its art, infrastructure, and cultural life, but also a vibrant forward-looking spirit it aims to embody – making it an ideal environment to host Asia’s first Portal, and continuing the circle of Portals’ very goal: to connect communities around the globe and celebrate diversity through thoughtful design and engineering.
Once opened, the BGC Portal will provide a 24/7 livestream, connecting with existing Portals in Vilnius (Lithuania), Lublin (Poland), Dublin (Ireland), Philadelphia (United States), and Ipswich (United Kingdom), as well as soon launching Portal in Piauí (Brazil) and further countries opening their Portals later this year.

The BGC Portal will be unveiled on 5th Avenue at Bonifacio High Street, Taguig City, on January 21.
