From November 3, 2026, to January 4, 2027, customers can earn one e-sticker for every Tall, Grande, or Venti handcrafted beverage purchased at participating Starbucks stores nationwide.

You can collect your e-stickers through either the Starbucks PH App or a QR Promo Card.

Once you’ve collected 19 e-stickers, you can redeem one item of your choice from the 2027 Starbucks Traditions Collection.

The redemption period runs until March 5, 2027, giving collectors additional time to claim their chosen item.

Starbucks Philippines Invites Everyone to be a Community Champion This Global Month of Good

As part of its annual Global Month of Good celebration, Starbucks Philippines is reinforcing its commitment to the communities it serves – while inviting more Filipinos to take part in their own way.

This year, Starbucks highlights a simple but powerful idea: anyone can be a Community Champion through small, everyday actions that create meaningful change for the environment, the community, and other people.

“Our local initiatives are grounded in the belief that meaningful change starts with strong community connections,” said Jamie Silva, senior manager for Marketing, Digital Customer Experience and Social Impact, Starbucks Philippines. “From education to disaster response initiatives and partner volunteerism, 2025 reflects how collective action can create lasting impact.”

In 2026, Starbucks Philippines is expanding its community impact initiatives through strengthened partnerships, improved access to essentials, and more opportunities for both partners (employees) and customers to take part in meaningful action.

Supporting Communities Where They Need the Most

Through its partnership with Planet Water Foundation and The Starbucks Foundation, Starbucks Philippines provides clean water access and hygiene education to an estimated 42,400 people in various regions around the country. This April, a ninth AquaTower will be installed in Camarines Sur, extending access to safe drinking to around 7,000 more individuals.

Starbucks Philippines also continues its longstanding partnership with HOPE to support education. Each year, Starbucks partners (employees) come together to help build safe and inspiring learning spaces for underserved communities. This year marks the completion of a sixth public school classroom in Sarangani in April, helping provide safe and conducive learning spaces for students in the community.

Alongside its community initiatives, Starbucks Philippines is also strengthening its sustainability efforts within its store operations. Starbucks Philippines has partnered with MPower to supply electricity to around 60 Metro Manila stores under the Retail Aggregation Program. This partnership is expected to result in improved operational efficiency while supporting long-term sustainability goals.

Continuing Efforts Powered by Volunteerism

Starbucks’ commitment to being a Community Champion is also reflected through volunteerism and everyday participation.

Starbucks Community Stores in Abad Santos, Tondo, and Maysilo Circle continue to support education programs in partnership with AHA! Learning Center, Young Focus Foundation, and Mano Amiga Philippines. To date, more than 1,500 learners have benefited from after-school sessions, literacy development activities, and leadership-building programs that help them gain confidence and stay engaged in school.

Addressing food insecurity remains a key focus. Through its FoodShare program, Starbucks has redirected nearly 3 million rescuable food items from close to 300 stores nationwide. In partnership with The Philippine Food Bank Foundation and Grab Philippines, surplus food is distributed to various communities.

Beyond these organized programs, Starbucks encourages customers to take part in simple, everyday actions throughout Global Month of Good. In their own small way, store visits can become part of the impact. Customers can use for-here ware or bring their own tumblers for their coffee orders and enjoy a PHP 10 discount.

Voucher Mechanics
1. Voucher redemption will be from July 1 to August 31, 2024.
2. Starbucks Rewards Member must inform barista that they will be redeeming a voucher before ordering.
3. Vouchers can only be redeemed and used once during the whole redemption period.
4. Vouchers can be used in purchases in-store, drive thru or via Mobile Order & Pay.
5. There is no limit to the number of voucher redemptions per member, per day.
6. Government-mandated discounts, RGOC and RCOC discounts may not be applied on voucher redemptions. Starbucks Rewards Member must choose to either use the special reward voucher or their discount.
Members may have higher discount values with their government-mandated discounts and may choose to use this instead of the Store Dash vouchers.

In a meaningful partnership with Young Focus and AHA! Learning Center, the Tondo Community Store goes beyond serving coffee; it serves the youth. Jamie Silva, senior manager for Marketing, Digital Customer Experience & Loyalty at Starbucks Philippines, spoke on the importance of having a clear career vision and the flexibility to navigate diversity. “Prior to joining Starbucks, I explored various industries to broaden my perspective,” Jamie shared. “There is no single prescribed career trajectory. By embracing the transformative power of education and a forward-thinking mindset, no limitations can constrain your journey. Forge your path as a woman empowered to shape her own destiny.” Through her journey, Jamie exemplifies the significance of continuous learning, adaptability, and the pursuit of one’s passions to carve out a fulfilling career path.

Lynn Pinugu is the the co-founder of Mano Amiga Philippines and She Talks Asia who has continued to use her strong voice to advocate for women empowerment and mental wellness. Having a strong background in helping women in different stages of their lives, Lynn is passionate about taking care of one’s mental wellness and shared her experiences as a woman leader in her field. “Being surrounded by like-minded women really helped me in my career and of course, has a positive impact on my mental wellness. In empowering women, it is also important that you yourself are an empowered woman, and this includes finding self-care practices that fit you and your needs,” she shared.

Multi-awarded Filipina filmmaker and director Antoinette Jadaone spoke on the importance of using the platform you are given for good. The films that she produced over the years allow her to tell different stories that the audience may relate to, further reaching various individuals who may be going through the same experiences. “Making films is unique and exciting, but it is also a very powerful position to be in and I make it a point to never forget this. Anyone, even little girls, can have the opportunity to see my films so I know that I have a responsibility that I do not take lightly.” Filmmaking is a male-dominated industry, and she is determined to make her mark in hopes of representing women and inspiring the next generation to do the same.

Anina Rubio is a sought-after visual artist who uses art to spread her personal advocacy for sustainability and environmental conservation. She strongly encourages the youth to do their part in taking care of the planet. “We can all take care of the planet in our own, small ways. A personal example is when I order my favorite Starbucks drink, I make sure to always bring a reusable cup to minimize my usage of plastic. These little acts of service for the planet will go a long way.” Starbucks Philippines is committed to strengthening the communities it serves through Sustainability and care for the planet.

Achieving Gender Pay Equity

Since 2021, Starbucks Philippines has achieved a remarkable milestone by ensuring 100% gender pay equity. The commitment to inclusion and diversity has created opportunities for all partners, with female employees now representing more than 50% of the Starbucks Philippines workforce.

Community Store for Youth Education

In September 2023, Starbucks Philippines opened its inaugural Community Store in partnership with the Young Focus Foundation and AHA! Learning Center. The Abad Santos Tondo Community Store focuses on advancing youth education, with a portion of every purchase contributing to scholarships and after-school programs.

Starbucks Foodshare Program

Launched in March 2022 in collaboration with the Philippine Food Bank Foundation and Grab Philippines, the Starbucks Foodshare program has become a nationwide effort. The company has donated close to 1 million rescuable food items to communities in need, addressing food waste while supporting those facing hunger.

Providing Clean Water and Meals

Through partnerships with The Starbucks Foundation and Planet Water Foundation, Starbucks Philippines has provided access to clean, safe drinking water and hygiene education to over 7,000 people across Luzon. The construction of a fourth AquaTower in San Antonio Central School, Quezon, in April 2023, marks another milestone.

Global Community Impact Grants

Starbucks Philippines, through Global Community Impact Grants awarded by The Starbucks Foundation, strengthens its partnership with Gawad Kalinga’s Kusina ng Kalinga. This collaboration has served close to 250,000 meals to 1,800 children in Metro Manila, Cebu, Camarines Sur, and Bohol, making a meaningful difference in the fight against hunger.

Greener Stores for a Greener Tomorrow

In a monumental step towards environmental sustainability, Starbucks Philippines opened its first two Greener Stores this year. Located at The Shops at Ayala Triangle Garden and One Ayala, these stores are designed to reduce carbon emissions, minimize water usage, and cut landfill waste.

Plastic Credit Exchange Partnership

Actively involved in waste management, Starbucks Philippines, in partnership with the Plastic Credit Exchange, has offset over 200 metric tons of plastic as of 2023. The Aling Tindera Site in Palatiw, Pasig, serves as a livelihood center and a plastic waste collection hub.

Ongoing Waste Reduction Efforts

As part of ongoing waste reduction efforts, Starbucks Philippines has transitioned to 100% paper straws in all stores and for delivery orders. The shift from bubble wrap to carton boxes and carton filters in packages from their official Lazada store since 2021 further reinforces the commitment to reducing environmental impact.
