Announcement – British pop icons BLUE are celebrating an incredible 25 years together and are heading back to the Philippines for their highly anticipated 25th Anniversary Tour, with three special shows across the country.
Fans can catch Simon Webbe, Duncan James, Antony Costa and Lee Ryan LIVE as they bring more than two decades of hits, fan favorites, and unforgettable pop anthems to MANILA on Thursday, January 28 at the New Frontier Theater, DAVAO on Saturday, January 30 at the SMX Convention Center, and CEBU on Sunday, January 31 at the Waterfront Hotel Ballroom. The tour also comes at an exciting new chapter for BLUE with the release of their seventh studio album, Reflections. Marking their 25th anniversary, the new record sees all four original members looking back on their shared history, friendship, and journey together, while continuing to evolve the sound that has kept BLUE going strong for a quarter of a century.
Since bursting onto the music scene in 2001, BLUE has become one of the most successful British pop groups of their generation. Their remarkable career includes three consecutive UK #1 albums — All Rise, One Love and Guilty — 11 UK Top 10 singles, and two BRIT Awards, including British Breakthrough Act in 2002 and British Pop Act in 2003.
The group has given fans some of the most enduring hits of the 2000s, including “All Rise,” “One Love,” “Best in Me,” “If You Come Back,” “Too Close,” “U Make Me Wanna” and their collaboration with Elton John, “Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word.”
Twenty-five years later, all four original members remain together, still making music, and celebrating the friendship and chemistry that have carried them through their extraordinary career. Their new album Reflections captures that journey through 13 songs written by the band, drawing on their collective triumphs, personal experiences and musical influences. New tracks including “Waste My Love,” “One Last Time,” “The Vow” and “Look What You Started” showcase a band embracing its history while continuing to explore new musical territory.
