Netflix’s ‘Our Sticky Love’ Trailer Teases Jung Hae-in and Ha Young’s Sweet Romance

Jung Hae-in and Ha Young star in Our Sticky Love, a charming new Netflix romantic comedy filled with mystery, humor, and unexpected affection.

Netflix has unveiled the main poster and trailer for Our Sticky Love, an upcoming romantic comedy that blends memory loss, hidden secrets, and an unusual small-town romance.

Premiering August 7, the series stars Ha Young as Go Eun-sae, a prosecutor who suddenly wakes up without any memory of her past. Jung Hae-in plays Jang Tae-ha, a boxing coach who unexpectedly appears at her side and claims to be her boyfriend.

Thrown together under strange circumstances, Eun-sae and Tae-ha begin living under the same roof in a quiet rural town. What starts as an awkward and suspicious arrangement slowly develops into a playful, heartfelt romance.

A Love Story With a Sticky Twist

Director Kim Jang-han describes Our Sticky Love as a warm romantic comedy designed to leave viewers smiling.

“It’s a heart-warming, feel-good romantic comedy,” says director Kim Jang-han. “It’s a story about building love that binds two people as tightly as sticky, sweet Korean taffy.”

He also compares the show’s appeal to the famously chewy treat.

“The series’ irresistible charm will leave you unable to pull yourself away, just like getting stuck to Korean taffy before you even realize it,” adds the director

With its mix of gentle humor, mystery, and emotional warmth, the series promises a romance that grows stronger with every unexpected turn.

Eun-sae Wakes Up in an Unfamiliar World

The main trailer begins with Eun-sae opening her eyes inside a hospital in Gujin-gun, a quiet rural area known for its traditional taffy shops.

She has no idea where she is, how she arrived, or what happened before she woke up. Everything around her feels unfamiliar, from the peaceful streets of Taffy Village to the colorful residents who seem to know more than she does.

Then Tae-ha arrives.

Calm and confident, he tells Eun-sae that he is her boyfriend. Unfortunately for him, she finds the claim difficult to believe.

His rough appearance does not match the kind of man she would normally choose, and his explanation only makes the situation more suspicious. Surrounded by strangers and unable to recall her own life, Eun-sae refuses to trust him.

Suspicion Slowly Turns Into Affection

Despite Eun-sae’s resistance, Tae-ha remains gentle and attentive.

His patience begins to chip away at her defenses, while his obvious affection leaves her confused and flustered. Little by little, she becomes more comfortable around him. The tension between them softens, and moments of hesitation gradually give way to genuine smiles.

Their growing chemistry adds warmth and humor to the story, but the trailer makes it clear that their relationship is not as simple as it appears.

Just when Eun-sae starts to trust Tae-ha, he delivers a serious warning. No one can find out about them.

A Romance Bound by a Dangerous Secret

Tae-ha’s warning raises troubling questions about their past.

Why must their relationship remain hidden? What is he trying to protect Eun-sae from? And why does he insist that staying by his side is the safest choice for her?

As fragments of truth begin to surface, Eun-sae must decide whether Tae-ha is someone she can trust or someone connected to the mystery behind her memory loss.

Blending romance, comedy, and suspense, Our Sticky Love offers an offbeat story about two people tied together by affection, uncertainty, and a secret neither of them can easily escape.

Our Sticky Love streams August 7, exclusively on Netflix.
