Siargao Food & Wine Festival this 2025 has successfully concluded its first ever edition, delighting visitors with over 25 partners and brands coming together to make it an exceptional experience for everyone who attended. The festival celebrated the surge in attendance, showcasing the island’s thriving food scene and warm hospitality while highlighting the core of the island – its locals. The festival not only celebrated the island’s vibrant culinary scene but also aimed to showcase the region’s incredible biodiversity and the rich supply of local ingredients that make Siargao a true food paradise. As one of the most scenic destinations in the Philippines, Siargao is now stepping forward as a hub of sustainable food sourcing and economic growth.

The whole community of Siargao came together during the festival to spotlight the abundant and diverse local suppliers—fishermen, farmers, and artisans—whose fresh produce and seafood form the foundation of Siargao’s distinctive flavors. By bridging a gap between local producers and local businesses, the festival is able to help make a more stable economy for Siargao’s sources of food that will benefit both businesses and locals alike.

Event organizers would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this year’s festival a resounding success. “We’re so happy that a lot of people came in to support this year’s festival and celebrated Siargao’s best offers and culture with us. We’re also glad that we have partners such as Jorene’s who were all out in supporting the karenderya crawl and other activities throughout the week,” said Executive Chef of The Rōnin and Wild.

“We’re gearing up for a much bigger and better 2026 so we hope that more people from different parts of the country can come in to support the festival. We recognize that sustainable tourism is an important part of Siargao’s culture that we need to push for, so we’re definitely coming back next year with more exciting experiences for everyone,” said Jove Schrottmann, CEO of The Rōnin and Wild.
The festival has just concluded, but the dedicated team behind it has already started planning 2026 in order to make sure that next year’s festival is bigger and better.
