Completing the Bistro trio at the Mall of Asia is Modern Shang, which celebrates the holiday season with their Braised Pork Knuckle and Braised Pork Belly.
The rich and savory Braised Pork Knuckle features a mouthwatering pork knuckle with meat that’s melt-in-your-mouth tender, and a sweet and savory sauce that will really delight Filipino palates. Meanwhile, the Braised Pork Belly also delights with its tender meat, made more flavorful with spring onions, red yeast rice, and ginger.

Hailing from South Korea, the concept has been serving authentic Korean cuisine in Manila since 2011, and continues to satisfy people’s cravings for bulgogi-marinated barbecue meats, stews, noodles, rice dishes, and an array of delicious side dishes.
