Five Godzilla Films Return to the Big Screen

Get ready for towering creatures, spectacular destruction, extraterrestrial threats, and some of Godzilla’s most unforgettable battles.

    Mothra vs. Godzilla (1964)

One of the franchise’s most beloved classic showdowns, Mothra vs. Godzilla brings two legendary kaiju face-to-face.

When Godzilla returns to wreak havoc, the majestic Mothra is called upon to protect humanity. Packed with adventure, destruction, and unforgettable monster spectacle, the 1964 classic remains an essential chapter in Godzilla history.

    Godzilla vs. Biollante (1989)

Things get stranger, darker, and even more ambitious in Godzilla vs. Biollante.

Godzilla encounters one of his most unusual opponents when Biollante, a monstrous creature created from plant, human, and Godzilla DNA, emerges. Imaginative and visually distinctive, this cult favorite delivers one of the franchise’s most unique battles.

    Godzilla 2000: Millennium (1999)

A new millennium calls for a fresh threat.

In Godzilla 2000: Millennium, Godzilla returns to Japan just as a mysterious alien spacecraft awakens Orga, a terrifying shape-shifting creature. Featuring massive destruction, thrilling confrontations, and a revitalized take on the King of the Monsters, the film kicked off a new era for the franchise.

    Godzilla: Final Wars (2004)

The monster action goes into overdrive in Godzilla: Final Wars.

When creatures across the globe suddenly run amok, Earth’s defenders are forced into an extraordinary fight for survival. Soon, Godzilla faces an army of familiar foes while an extraterrestrial enemy manipulates events from behind the scenes.

Big, bold, and packed with kaiju battles, the film delivers a full-scale monster spectacle.

    Shin Godzilla (2016)

A modern reimagining of the legendary monster, Shin Godzilla presents an unsettling version of the icon unlike anything that came before it.

After a mysterious creature emerges from Tokyo Bay, it rapidly evolves into an increasingly destructive force. As Japan faces an unprecedented national crisis, government officials scramble to respond to a threat that refuses to stop changing.

The acclaimed film brings a striking contemporary perspective to Godzilla while retaining the fear and awe that have defined the character for generations.
