Drawing from the comforting richness of batirol, CMCR in-house barista Jay Salvacion reimagines the beloved tablea drink in the Batirol Espresso, where deep chocolate notes meet bold espresso and toasted marshmallow for a warm, nostalgic sip.
Meanwhile, the Samalamig Latte, created by CMCR in-house barista and two-time Barista Challenge winner Andy Manuel, takes inspiration from the refreshing street-side beverage many Filipinos grew up enjoying. Combining muscovado banana syrup, espresso, creamy milk, and green gulaman, the drink transforms a familiar childhood favorite into a contemporary café experience.
