Executive Chef Konrad Walter, at the helm of The Manila Hotel’s culinary team, expressed his enthusiasm. “We are excited to elevate the buffet spread of Café Ilang-Ilang with the produce of Esguerra Farm.”

Esguerra Farms, tucked away in Lipa, Batangas, takes pride in their commitment to sustainable and ethical farming. The farm upholds stringent practices ensuring animal welfare and environmental conservation. In their exclusive Kurobuta Village, the pigs enjoy a secure, hygienic, and stress-free habitat.
